Position: Growth Manager

Job description:

We are hiring a dynamic and self-driven individual to serve as a direct point of communication with the Team and Management to oversee the execution of our internal projects. This role requires someone with strong multi-tasking capabilities in marketing, content creation, campaign execution, project coordination, SEO, and strategic research.

You’ll have to turn ideas into execution and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive digital market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Coordination

Act as a communication bridge between team Leads and management.
Coordinate planning and execution of internal projects with clear timelines and accountability.
Maintain documentation of requirements, meeting notes, and updates.
Marketing & Content Execution

Create or coordinate visual and written content for social media, email, and websites.
Plan and execute email campaigns for both internal initiatives and lead generation.
Update company websites with fresh content, banners, blog posts, and landing pages.
Digital Performance

Conduct SEO audits and work with internal or external teams to improve rankings.
Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare regular reports.
Research & Innovation

Continuously explore market trends and competitors to identify areas where we can differentiate.
Recommend creative ideas or channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or executive support.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain tight deadlines.
Should be able to create bi weekly reports.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience working directly with founders or C-level leadership.
Basic understanding of analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Prior experience in a startup or multi-brand environment.

Job Timings : 5-30 pm - 2:30 am Night Shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs-60000 – Rs-100000 per month
