Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ledgers, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial reports, VAT/tax filings, and compliance documents. Handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing. Coordinate with auditors and external accountants when required. Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlements.
Secretarial & Administration:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. Draft professional correspondence, reports, and documentation. Handle day-to-day office operations, filing systems, and record management. Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2โ5 years) in accounting, administration, or executive assistance. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Xero, or similar). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
