We are hiring “Senior Project Manager” at Systems Limited (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan).

 

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resources for data projects.

Develop and maintain project plans aligned with SDLC or Agile frameworks.

Manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to data quality, integration, and security.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to deliver quality results.

Serve as primary stakeholder contact, ensuring clear communication.

Gather and document data requirements from business and technical teams.

Report project status and metrics to leadership, highlighting business value.

Enforce SDLC processes: requirements, modeling, pipeline development, testing, deployment, and reviews.

Apply Agile best practices to enhance delivery and collaboration.

Promote continuous improvement in project management across data teams.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7-9 years of project management experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development.

Proven success delivering complex data projects using Waterfall/SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Strong knowledge of data engineering, data modeling, and data warehousing.

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).

Skilled in risk and change management.

Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP.
