Cinnova Technologies, LLC is seeking a 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, SEO, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is results oriented, data-driven, and skilled in developing and executing strategies that drive measurable digital growth across multiple channels. 

➡️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

🔹 Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. 

🔹 Manage client communication and maintain alignment with marketing goals.

🔹 Monitor daily campaign performance and apply data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.

🔹 Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights. 

🔹Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance ad messaging and visuals.

🔹Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.

🔹Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in digital marketing.

🔹Ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance reporting through analytics platforms.

➡️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

🔹Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

🔹2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.

🔹Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication in client interactions.

🔹Exhibit strong presentation and analytical skills during reviews and discussions.

🔹Strong understanding of AI-driven research, data analysis, and performance reporting.

🔹Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
