Preferred Skills & Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. · Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management. · Technical Knowledge: Basic to medium-level understanding of SQL, APIs, Data Analysis, Cloud Platforms, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). · Project Management: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. · Tools & Technologies: Azure DevOps, MS Word, MS Excel, Visio, or similar tools. · Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. · Experience in writing user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams.
