Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing repair, maintenance, and facility management activities to ensure smooth operations and upkeep of organizational assets. This includes managing generators, vehicles, and insurance renewals, as well as maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
The role ensures effective procurement, delivery, and billing processes in coordination with the Finance Department, while maintaining compliance with institutional policies.
Additionally, the position supervises housekeeping, front-desk, and administrative staff, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional work environment. It also supports the planning and execution of office events, liaises with contractors and departments for logistical needs, and ensures systematic documentation and reporting of all administrative and financial functions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administration, facility management, or operations. They should be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage maintenance, procurement, and logistical activities efficiently. Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills are essential to ensure smooth and compliant administrative operations.
