We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Indirect Procurement)

Location: Karachi

Yunus Textile Mills Ltd. is looking for a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Indirect Procurement) with hands-on experience in spinning-related procurement to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing indirect materials procurement, vendor relations, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end indirect procurement processes related to spinning operations and support functions.

 🔹 Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

 🔹 Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure smooth supply flow.

 🔹 Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing.

 🔹 Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in vendor performance evaluations.

 🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability standards.

 🔹 Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Requirements:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

 ✔️ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the spinning or textile sector.

 ✔️ Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

 ✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
