Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledgers. Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities. Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll processing. Provide documentation and support during audits. Monitor cash flow and report regularly to management. ♦️𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
