We are looking for an experienced 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫 to join the Carpe Diem Team. As a Bookkeeper at Carpe Diem, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

♦️ 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bookkeeper

♦️𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full time remote 

♦️𝐍𝐨 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 2

♦️𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: Monday to Friday 11AM to 8PM 

 Saturday 11AM to 5PM 

♦️𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Market Competitive (Plus Incentives)

♦️𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 

Record day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledgers.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll processing.

Provide documentation and support during audits.

Monitor cash flow and report regularly to management.

♦️𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–3 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
