YKK Pakistan (Private) Limited. is looking for an experienced Associate Manager / Deputy Manager Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing Department at our Karachi Factory Office.

Location: Karachi Export Processing Zone

Qualification

BBA / MBA (Marketing preferred) or Master’s degree from Fashion/Textile University

Experience

8–10 years of relevant marketing experience

Candidates with experience in the fashion, textile, apparel, or related industries are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals and sales targets

Coordinate with YKK Global Marketing Group (GMG) on global marketing initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers and their local offices/agents

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Manage brand promotion, product positioning, and marketing materials

Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Analyze customer insights and market trends to improve outreach, generate qualified leads, and support business growth requirements

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

Proven leadership and team coordination abilities

High emotional intelligence.

Exposure to international markets or multinational companies may be beneficial for this role

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
