- Maintain and monitor daily employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions)
- Strong understanding of attendance systems and leave management
- Coordinate with finance for payroll finalization and salary disbursement
- Manage employee records and ensure proper documentation (personal files, contracts, letters)
- Prepare HR letters including appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and other official documents
- Ensure all HR records are updated in HRMS/ERP systems
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, payroll, and HR policies
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in onboarding and employee record creation
