Job Purpose: To supervise and support the maintenance operations of mechanical equipment and machinery across both FMCG and food product manufacturing units. The role involves assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring smooth operations, and gaining hands-on experience to build a strong technical foundation. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. · Support troubleshooting activities under senior guidance to resolve mechanical issues. · Monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure proper record-keeping. · Learn and assist in installation and commissioning of new machines. · Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure minimum downtime in production lines. · Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards. · Develop understanding of spare parts inventory management. · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
