Position: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Innovation, Research & Development

Location: Karachi – Factory

We are looking for a passionate and innovative professional to join our R&D team and drive the development of exciting new products in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development of new flavor profiles and formulations for snacks and food products

· Conduct pilot trials and scale up successful formulations for commercial production

· Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to design customer-driven, tailored solutions

· Supervise seasoning production and conduct product application trials

· Perform sensory evaluations and profiling to enhance product quality and consumer appeal

· Drive innovation in dried and powdered food products (e.g., tomato, beetroot, colostrum powders)

· Ensure effective implementation of SOPs and continuous improvement in R&D processes

· Manage and mentor a team to achieve R&D and innovation goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field

- 4–6 years of experience in R&D or Food Application, preferably in FMCG

- Strong understanding of flavor development, product formulation, and sensory analysis

- Hands-on experience with pilot trials and commercial scale-up
