Technical Delivery Manager - Ecommerce & Digital Solutions
About the Role
QMCC is looking for a technically strong and delivery-focused Digital Solutions & Delivery Manager to lead the execution of ecommerce, digital platform, integration, and custom development initiatives across the organization.
This role combines technical project management, solution architecture, development leadership, and strong hands-on technical knowledge. The successful candidate will work closely with Development Leads and development teams to ensure projects, tickets, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
This is not a traditional project management-only role. We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements, recommend the right technical solution, challenge technical approaches, review code and integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide clear architecture and delivery direction to development teams.
The role will work across Shopify, headless commerce, custom applications, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, third-party integrations, and enterprise ecommerce systems.
A key expectation of this role is proactive ownership. The individual should consistently stay ahead of projects and development pipelines, identify risks and blockers early, drive decisions, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward.
