Responsibilities: • Assist in development, sourcing, and procurement of primary and secondary packaging materials. • Coordinate with suppliers for material development, color matching, sampling, and quality validation. • Support NPD (New Product Development), EPD (Existing Product Development), and packaging innovation initiatives. • Evaluate supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and sustainability standards. • Manage packaging specifications, artworks, and approvals with internal teams. • Assist in cost analysis, negotiations, and procurement planning. • Maintain supplier database and documentation in ERP systems (SAP). • Monitor packaging performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
