SourceCode is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to handle bulk hiring for our Sales Department. The ideal candidate should be organized, target-driven, and experienced in managing high-volume recruitment.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.

🔹 Source and screen potential candidates.

🔹 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

🔹 Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

✅ 1+ year of experience in sales or call center recruitment.
