Are you a people person with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity?
SourceCode is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to handle bulk hiring for our Sales Department. The ideal candidate should be organized, target-driven, and experienced in managing high-volume recruitment.
What Youโll Do:
ย ๐น Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles.
ย ๐น Source and screen potential candidates.
ย ๐น Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
ย ๐น Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth onboarding.
ย ๐น Achieve weekly/monthly hiring goals.
What Weโre Looking For:
ย โ Bachelorโs degree in HR or related field.
ย โ 1+ year of experience in sales or call center recruitment.
ย โ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
ย โ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
ย โ Willingness to work the evening shift (3 PM โ 12 AM).
