Ismail Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Packaging Development / Procurement Executive at our Karachi Head Office.

This role involves supporting packaging innovation, supplier coordination, and procurement efficiency to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability across our packaging operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in development, sourcing, and procurement of primary and secondary packaging materials.

• Coordinate with suppliers for material development, color matching, sampling, and quality validation.

• Support NPD (New Product Development), EPD (Existing Product Development), and packaging innovation initiatives.

• Evaluate supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and sustainability standards.

• Manage packaging specifications, artworks, and approvals with internal teams.

• Assist in cost analysis, negotiations, and procurement planning.

• Maintain supplier database and documentation in ERP systems (SAP).

• Monitor packaging performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in packaging development or procurement within FMCG, Food, or manufacturing sectors.

• Understanding of packaging materials, converting processes, and quality standards.

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to SAP systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
