Cognitive IT Solutions is hiring a Team Lead โ Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (React/Vue.js), and DevOps to manage and guide our development team. The ideal candidate must have 3โ4 years of hands-on coding experience and solid knowledge of server management (AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, WHM).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor front-end and back-end development teams.
Perform detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage and maintain servers (AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, WHM).
Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues in production environments.
Oversee UI/UX design management and ensure proper implementation.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using PHP (Laravel) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue.js).
Collaborate with designers, QA, and other departments to deliver projects on schedule.
Requirements:
Minimum 3โ4 years of proven coding experience.
Expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, React, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with server management tools and environments (AWS EC2, DigitalOcean Droplets, cPanel, WHM).
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must be available for immediate joining.
