Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide high-level support to the shipment management team during peak periods, ensuring no disruption in client service. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of global logistics, including Incoterms, container types, port procedures, and freight documentation. Versatility: A "well-rounded" skill set with the ability to pivot between different types of cargo handling and operational tasks as required. Communication: Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with local and international partners.
