Position Title: Manager HR
Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, KPIs, and performance appraisals.
Drive the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard framework for performance measurement.
Design and execute training & development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and productivity.
Support organizational development initiatives, including culture building, change management, and talent management.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards for management decision-making.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Masterโs/Bachelorโs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed recognized HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP, CIPD).
Minimum 6 to 9 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a diversified business group.
Hands-on experience in PMS, Balanced Scorecard, training & development, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
