Job Title: Reporting Analyst Manager Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Local Preferred) Position: 1 Summary: Dynamic and analytical Reporting Analyst Manager with 10+ years of experience in telecom and technology operations. Expert in end-to-end reporting, KPI governance, data analytics, and operational performance management. Skilled in converting complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, process improvement, and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities Reporting, Analytics & Insights 1. Lead the development and automation of weekly, monthly, and annual dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI scorecards. 2. Manage complete reporting cycles with high accuracy and timely delivery. 3. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, root cause analysis, and improvement opportunities. 4. Oversee LD calculations, reconciliations, and SLA compliance reporting. 5. Drive digitalization and automation initiatives across reporting tools. Process Optimization & Governance 1. Implement reporting standards, documentation, and data governance practices. 2. Lead process improvement activities including audits, quality checks, and gap analysis. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to define KPIs, reporting structures, and performance frameworks. Operational Support & Coordination 1. Serve as the reporting focal point for management, technical teams, and clients. 2. Support PM analytics, fault trends, change management reporting, and vendor performance reviews. 3. Manage OPEX-related reporting: fuel, DC power, resource utilization, and cost dashboards. Project & Stakeholder Management 1. Coordinate reporting for multi-vendor and multi-operator projects. 2. Prepare high-impact presentations, summaries, and management briefing packs. 3. Participate in review meetings, governance sessions, and planning discussions. Tools & Technical Expertise 1. Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and reporting automation. 2. Strong understanding of KPI models, SLA governance, and operational data systems (OSS, OWS, NMS, ERP). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecom, Computer, or related field). 10+ years’ experience in reporting, analytics, telecom operations, or performance management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in telecom MS projects in telecom operator/Vendor. Knowledge of OPEX optimization and preventive maintenance reporting. Ability to manage fast-paced reporting environments and tight deadlines. Familiarity with digital reporting platforms.
