About the Role We are looking for an experienced International Household Relocation Operations Manager to manage and execute door-to-door international household goods (HHG) moves. This role is purely logistics-focused, covering packing, freight coordination, customs clearance support, and destination handover no visa or immigration consulting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with international moving companies or freight forwarders handling personal effects and can independently manage multiple relocations end-to-end. Location: Islamabad Type: Full-time Department: Operations / Logistics Key Responsibilities 1. Manage international household relocation projects from survey to final delivery 2. Conduct or coordinate pre-move surveys (physical or virtual) and estimate shipment volumes (CBM) 3. Plan and coordinate export packing, labeling, and inventory preparation 4. Arrange sea (LCL/FCL) and air freight through freight forwarders 5. Coordinate with licensed customs clearing agents for export formalities 6. Ensure compliance with Pakistan export regulations and restricted items 7. Liaise with destination agents for import clearance and final delivery 8. Maintain shipment documentation (packing list, BL/AWB, authorizations) 9. Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the move 10.
