Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage financial and accounting software systems.
Maintain accurate financial records and support timely financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Cash Flow Statements.
Prepare and review vouchers, cheques, and other financial documentation.
Perform daily cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
Oversee accurate posting of financial entries and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Handle company-related bank visits and transactions.
Support internal and external audit processes, including preparing documentation and resolving discrepancies.
Assist with taxation matters including filing, remittances, and assessing tax-saving opportunities.
Manage tax-related data and support compliance across departments (After Sales & Production).
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payables, receivables, customer/vendor ledgers, and employee-related expenditures.
Generate financial reports based on income and expenditure data.
Process payments, invoices, and manage financial aspects of local purchases and petty cash (admin/transport).
Analyze cost structures, pricing, and performance metrics on a monthly and annual basis.
Prepare and follow up on bank guarantees.
Ensure strict confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive financial information.
Perform site visits for documentation and data collection as needed.
Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
ACCA / MBA Finance (preferred)
3โ5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in accounting software (Oddo, QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong analytical and reporting skills

Handle service deployment and online monitoring of technicians.
Manage spare parts sales, warranty claims, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) operations.
Conduct field visits to ensure service quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of customer orders, invoicing, and service history.
Assist with complaint statistics reporting, regulatory communications, and maintaining service SOPs.
Foster a customer-centric approach within the team and uphold brand values.

Bachelorโs degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
3โ5 years of experience in service or operations management, preferably in the power/generator industry.
Strong knowledge of diesel generator systems and service practices.
