Assist with taxation matters including filing, remittances, and assessing tax-saving opportunities. Manage tax-related data and support compliance across departments (After Sales & Production). Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Maintain and reconcile accounts payables, receivables, customer/vendor ledgers, and employee-related expenditures. Generate financial reports based on income and expenditure data. Process payments, invoices, and manage financial aspects of local purchases and petty cash (admin/transport). Analyze cost structures, pricing, and performance metrics on a monthly and annual basis. Prepare and follow up on bank guarantees. Ensure strict confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive financial information. Perform site visits for documentation and data collection as needed. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management. The ideal candidate will oversee complaint management, service operations, installations, and customer support for our range of diesel generator products. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, coordination, and technical knowledge. *Key Responsibilities: * Manage and respond to all complaint calls/emails in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with end-users to ensure timely resolution of complaints. Maintain complaint logs, analyze root causes, and produce regular service and complaint reports. Supervise and manage DG set installations, including site surveys, procurement coordination, and execution. Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support and manage customer inquiries.
