In this role, you will be the core link between customer orders and our manufacturing floor, ensuring that every order moves seamlessly from raw material to timely export. Key Responsibilities: · Formulate and update master production schedules (MPS) based on order volumes, capacities, and target delivery dates. · Monitor the daily progress of every order across all manufacturing stages, including weaving, dyeing, stitching, checking, and packing. · Compile daily floor updates to maintain accurate, real-time order status tracking sheets and production reports. · Collaborate closely with production heads, quality control (QC), and stores/warehouse teams to identify and mitigate material shortages or line bottlenecks. · Proactively flag production variances early, follow up on corrective actions with department heads, and provide transparent progress updates to management.
