Procure raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, dairy/milk processing materials, spare parts, machinery items, agricultural inputs, office supplies, and other operational requirements. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Finance, Administration, Sales, Dairy Farms, Milk Processing, Agri Farms, Foods, and NIU Outlets. Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining effective cost and inventory controls. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality, and compliance. Maintain updated vendor database, quotation comparisons, purchase records, and procurement reports. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier development, and process improvement. Ensure procurement activities comply with Company policies, approved budgets, and authorization limits.
