Requirements: • At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry. • Proven Upwork bidding experience with a track record of won projects. • Excellent written English, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue. • Knowledge of AI, automation, and software development trends is an added advantage. • Must be willing to work onsite (Faisalabad) We offer a competitive salary plus commission on closed projects.
