Company: Pakistan Agriculture Research Role: Management Trainee Officer - Product & Delivery Location: On-site — Karachi, Pakistan Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year *About the role* You'll work directly with the Engineering Lead as the operational backbone of a cross-border engineering team building an industrial AI/SaaS platform. This is not a rotational program — it's a hands-on role from day one. You'll own sprint operations, delivery tracking, stakeholder coordination, and documentation across multiple product modules. The team is small, the pace is fast, and everything you do has a direct impact on what ships.
