Role Overview:
The Maddex is looking for a Senior Associate UI/UX Designer to lead the design of websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces for client projects. The role focuses on creating modern, conversion-focused designs that improve user experience and drive measurable business results. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and leadership to ensure designs are clear, scalable, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design modern websites and landing pages with strong visual hierarchy and mobile-first responsive layouts
2. Plan user flows, navigation, and conversion-focused UX including CTA placement and engagement patterns
3. Lead all design work in Figma using Auto Layout, reusable components, variants, and organized developer-ready files
4. Build scalable design systems including typography, color systems, and UI component libraries
5. Collaborate closely with developers, documenting responsive behavior and interaction states
6. Design conversion-focused experiences optimized for lead generation and engagement
7. Stay updated with modern design trends and draw inspiration from leading products such as Apple, Stripe, Linear, Notion, and Webflow
Requirements:
1. 5β7+ years UI/UX experience
2. Advanced Figma proficiency
3. Strong portfolio of website and landing page designs
4. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
5. Strong understanding of UX, visual hierarchy, and design systems
6. Ability to collaborate with developers and marketing teams
Preferred:
i. Experience with conversion-focused marketing websites or digital agencies
ii. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
iii. Basic understanding of front-end development
