B2B Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Innovatrix International is looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team!

In this role, you will play a key part in driving marketing revenue for our conferences while building meaningful client relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

-Gain in-depth knowledge of conference topics and industry trends

-Research and identify potential clients via search engines, LinkedIn, and other platforms

-Generate leads & build marketing lists for outreach

-Engage prospects through various marketing channels

-Build a strong pipeline of leads and schedule follow-ups to close deals

-Collaborate with the manager and cross-functional teams

-Meet and exceed marketing goals and KPIs

-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for future opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (event management industry experience is a plus)

-Solid understanding of marketing processes and dynamics

-Experience with lead generation on B2B platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

-Excellent written & verbal English communication skills (strong independent writing ability without reliance on AI tools)

-Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team

-Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
