Required Skills: -In-depth technical knowledge of Waterjet weaving machinery, process parameters, and fabric structures. -Proven experience in fabric quality control, loom efficiency improvement, and manpower management. -Proficiency in Power BI and Excel dashboard reporting for production monitoring and data-driven decision-making is mandatory. -Familiarity with ERP and production tracking systems. -Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for mechanical and process-related issues. -Solid understanding of yarn types, weaving design adjustments, and loom settings. Soft Skills: -Strong leadership and people management capabilities. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination. -Detail-oriented and proactive approach toward operational excellence. -Ability to perform under pressure and meet production targets within deadlines. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related discipline. -5–8 years of relevant experience in Waterjet weaving operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
