🎯 Role Overview

The Brand Executive will support the execution of marketing strategies and brand initiatives for the assigned category. The role involves working closely with the Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, content development, retail initiatives, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

• Coordinate with creative and digital agencies

• Support content development and marketing communication

• Assist in retail and trade marketing activities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Support product launches and packaging coordination

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams

🔹 Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or advertising

✔ Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry preferred

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

✔ Strong organizational and project management skills

✔ Good communication and coordination abilities

✔ Understanding of marketing and brand management principles

✔ Ability to work with agencies and cross-functional teams

✔ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
