Ltd is seeking a proactive Admin Officer (Night Shift) to oversee administrative operations at our warehouse Korangi, Karachi facility during night hours. The role requires ensuring smooth coordination, discipline, security compliance, and proper documentation of warehouse activities. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration, preferably in textile, retail, logistics, or manufacturing industry. - Experience in handling night shift operations will be preferred. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Supervise and manage administrative activities during the night shift. - Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper conduct of warehouse staff. - Coordinate with warehouse operations, dispatch, and security teams. - Maintain daily attendance records and overtime details. - Monitor security arrangements and ensure compliance with safety protocols. - Maintain gate passes, inward/outward records, and visitor logs. - Ensure proper documentation of dispatches and goods movement. - Handle administrative issues and report incidents to management. - Coordinate with HR and operations for manpower-related concerns. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). - Prepare and submit daily night shift reports.
