Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to support efficient order processing, coordination, and sales operations through strong cross-functional collaboration and process management. Location: Karachi Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily with Sales Team to compile and process nationwide orders from distributors and modern trade customers. - Manage order posting, dispatch coordination and receivables tracking. - Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely GRNs, receivings, invoicing, and submission of documentation to IMT, LMT, and dealers for payment processing. - Execute and oversee sales cancellations and returns on a fortnightly basis, including data verification, approvals, re-invoicing, and end-to-end process management. - Manage distribution, and IMT/LMT claims, including receivables reconciliation and follow-up on tax deductions and challans.
