๐ Experience : 3 to 7 years backend engineering experience
Role Description:
We are seeking a Backend Engineer with strong distributed-systems and offline-first experience to harden and evolve the backend architecture of Ailaajโs PoS platform.
Our PoS operates across multiple hubs, pharmacies, and hospital locations, often under intermittent connectivity and long-lived SPA sessions. The system must support cross-hub sales, inventory movement (STRs), GRNs, customer data, and reconciliation without allowing silent data loss, duplication, or corruption.
This role exists to eliminate ambiguity and nondeterminism from these workflows. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring that every business event is safe to retry, safe to replay, and impossible to silently lose or duplicate.
