📌 Job Description – Area Sales Manager (ASM) 

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the allocated territory

✅ Develop and manage dealership networks to maximize market penetration

✅ Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

✅ Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives

✅ Build strong relationships with dealers and ensure high customer satisfaction

✅ Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reports to management

✅ Support dealers in inventory planning, product training, and sales process improvement

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Prior experience in the Automotive Industry (OEM or dealership experience preferred)

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Strong dealer management and negotiation skills

✔ Excellent communication and leadership abilities

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)

✔ Willingness to travel within assigned territory
