We are hiring “Junior Functional Consultant” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad & Karachi).
Responsibilities:
• Functional Support & Configuration Assist in the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, or Compensation.
• Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and document functional specifications.
• Support data migration activities including templates, validation, and mapping.
• Perform basic configuration, testing, and issue resolution under supervision of senior consultants.
• Implementation Assistance with support end-to-end project activities including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Assist with creating process flows, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
• Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT) and troubleshoot functional defects.
• Help prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions when required.
• Integration & Data Management Assist with data loads using tools such as Import Templates, Integration Center, or Provisioning tasks (where permitted).
• Support integration testing with SAP HCM, third-party payroll systems, or other HR tools.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across modules.
• Support & Maintenance by providing ongoing support for SuccessFactors users and respond to basic tickets.
• Help resolve configuration issues, troubleshoot system errors, and escalate technical issues if needed.
• Assist in releasing management tasks like regression testing for quarterly releases.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in successFactors (through training, certification, internships, or academic projects).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting).
• Familiarity with HR processes like hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and employee data management.
