Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Senior Support Manager to oversee our customer support operations. This role is responsible for managing team performance, ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining accurate reporting, and supporting daily operational success.
The Senior Support Manager reports directly to the Office Manager and plays a critical role in leading, mentoring, and developing the support team.
What You will Be Responsible For
Lead and manage the Customer Support team, ensuring consistency, quality, and productivity.
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain an excellent customer experience.
Coach, mentor, and groom team members to help them grow professionally.
Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Track and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on support performance.
Share insights and operational updates with the Office Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and efficiency.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Track, analyze, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to sales, customer support metrics, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Collaborate with management to improve workflows, scripts, and customer engagement strategies.

Proven experience in customer support leadership or management.
Strong leadership presence with high emotional intelligence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A teacherโs mindset someone who enjoys mentoring and developing people.
Comfortable using CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into action.
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure.
Able to manage teams in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Nice to Have
Call center or service-based industry experience.
Background in operations or customer experience management.
