Job Description:
CSH Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and motivated Zonal Manager to oversee and manage pharmacy branches within Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all stores in the assigned zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of pharmacy branches within the assigned zone
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards across all branches
- Manage and guide branch managers and staff to improve performance
- Monitor inventory management, stock availability, and minimize expiries
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle operational issues when required
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Or could be pharmacist
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management (pharmacy/retail chain preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple branches and teams effectively
