SkyLift Marketing is Hiring a YouTube Specialist!

Are you passionate about YouTube organic growth, content strategy, and channel management? We're looking for an experienced YouTube Specialist to join our team and take ownership of managing and growing YouTube channels for our clients.

What you'll do:

- Build and run YouTube growth strategies for multiple client channels

- Research trending topics, formats, and competitor channels in each client’s niche

- Write YouTube scripts (hook, structure, storytelling, call to action) built for retention.

- Brief designers and editors on thumbnails and video structure

- Run A/B tests on thumbnails, titles, and formats

- Track performance in YouTube Studio and report clearly to the team and clients

- Keep each channel’s brand and messaging consistent

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in YouTube channel management or a related role

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications, or a related field (preferred)

- A track record of writing scripts that hold attention, with samples or live videos to show

- Hands-on command of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience retention, and the ability to turn the data into growth decisions 

- Experience planning, organizing, and managing video content calendars

- Ability to optimize titles, descriptions, script writing, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for maximum reach

- Experience working with international clients (founders, coaches, fitness trainers)

- Proficiency in YouTube Studio and performance reporting

- Knowledge of video editing workflows and content production processes is a plus

Role details:

- Job Mode: Onsite, Full-Time

- Office Address: CEMTECH, NSTP - NUST, H-12 Islamabad

- Schedule: 10 AM to 7 PM, Mon to Fri plus one Saturday per month
