Virtual Assistant

Location: Model Town, Lahore

 Shift: Night (US Shift)

 Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

 Position Type: On-Site Only

About the Role:

MD Revenue Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is an on-site night shift position designed for individuals who are organized, proactive, and have a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Eligibility Verification for patients’ insurance coverage.

Manage Prior Authorizations for medical procedures and services.

Handle Patient Scheduling efficiently and accurately.

Maintain patient records and documentation.

Coordinate with providers, patients, and insurance representatives.

Ensure all data entry is accurate and completed within timelines.

Assist in administrative tasks as required by the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Eligibility Verification, Authorization, and Patient Scheduling are mandatory).

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Proficiency in using computers, MS Office tools, and various EMRs.

Experience in US Healthcare or Medical Billing is a plus.
