Virtual Assistant (Night Shift)

This is an ON-SITE job based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

This is NOT a remote opportunity.

Shift Timing:

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM


Requirements:

Good English communication skills are mandatory.

Recent university graduates and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.


Salary:

Fixed salary range: Rs. 80,000 – 100,000

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Virtual Assistant located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi.

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing client communication, business support tasks, and handling social media accounts professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with US-based clients in fluent English

* Manage emails, calendars, and follow-ups

* Handle administrative and operational tasks

* Manage and handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

* Create and schedule social media posts

* Assist in basic content planning and coordination

* Maintain professionalism while dealing with clients

* Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

* Use CRM tools or online systems when required

Qualifications:

* Strong verbal and written English communication

* Ability to deal with clients professionally

* Hands-on experience managing social media accounts

* Ability to create and schedule posts independently

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Customer service mindset

* Ability to work independently and within a team

* Basic computer, CRM, and social media tools knowledge is a plus

* Previous Virtual Assistant or social media experience is a plus

* Minimum qualification: High school or equivalent (higher education preferred)
