Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Internal Medicine Practice

We are looking for two experienced Virtual Assistants to join our growing healthcare team. If you have a solid background working with internal medicine practices and are detail-oriented, professional, and proactive — we want to hear from you!

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Manage prior authorizations and ensure timely approvals

- Call patients to confirm appointments and follow-ups

- Coordinate with other clinics to obtain medical records

- Fill out medical forms for new patients accurately and efficiently

- Provide general administrative support to internal medicine providers

🎯 Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working with an internal medicine practice (mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care workflows

- Experience with patient communication, insurance verification, and prior authorizations

- Proficient in using EMR/EHR systems and other medical office tools

- Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken

- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
