About the Role
Dev House is looking for a skilled Senior Upwork Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive growth through strategic bidding and client outreach. This role involves creating winning proposals on Upwork, identifying potential clients, and converting leads to help expand our portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically bid on Upwork projects to secure new business for our company. Analyze client requirements and create tailored proposals to meet their needs. Identify and generate leads through Upwork and other platforms, building and maintaining a pipeline. Follow up on leads, engage in client communication, and schedule meetings to close deals. Collaborate with our project management and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and in lead generation, especially in IT or digital solutions. Excellent written communication skills to craft persuasive and professional proposals. Strong analytical skills to identify high-potential leads and tailor strategies. Ability to manage multiple bids and leads simultaneously and prioritize based on potential value. Familiarity with Upwork and other freelance platforms; CRM tools knowledge is a plus.
