Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Stipend: PKR 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Description:

BrainyBitz is looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder Internee to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, writing effective proposals, and assisting the team in acquiring new clients for our real estate marketing services.

Responsibilities:

-Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork related to real estate marketing and digital marketing services.

-Write customized and professional proposals for potential clients.

-Understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.

-Send bids and maintain a daily proposal target.

-Communicate professionally with clients through Upwork messages.

-Maintain records of proposals, responses, and project opportunities.

Requirements:

-Basic understanding of freelancing platforms, especially Upwork.

-Good English writing and communication skills.

-Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

-Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.

-Ability to work during evening/night shift.
