Bank AL Habib is looking for Unit Head - Internal Control (Audit & Compliance)
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum qualification Master’s degree
Department: ADC Business – Credit Cards
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in compliance audit
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
-Review the existing processes, policies & procedures and SLAs and make necessary arrangements for their revisions/ additions by coordinating & follow up with relevant departments to ensure compliance.
-Ensure to implement SBP and Compliance mandates in coordination with the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
-Ensure SBP queries are timely addressed.
-Collaborate with auditors during the internal/ SBP Audit and ensure audit highlighted matters are timely addressed and compliant.
-Ensure completion of all prerequisites for onboarding new outsourcing service provider.
-Oversee all outsourcing arrangements, including periodic reporting, spot checks, operational risk evaluation, and annual due diligence as per SBP Outsourcing Framework.
-Coordinate with outsourced service providers during the KYC and CDD process.
-Responsible to timely complete other tasks assigned by the management
