𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized university in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in digital banking, payment systems, or financial technology, with a strong understanding of banking operations and customer-facing channels.

➡️ Hands-on experience and sound knowledge of key payment and switching technologies, including ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 messaging standards, Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Debit Card systems, Middleware platforms, ATM Controllers, and RAAST (Pakistan’s instant payment system).

➡️ Proven experience in managing and supporting Internet Banking platforms, Mobile Banking Applications, and Utility Bill Payment Systems, along with operational oversight of ATM networks, including Electronic Journal (EJ) and Image-based solutions.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Hands-on experience of ADCs Applications Integrations, implementation and production support.

➡️ Able to transform business requirements into technical solutions.

➡️ Provide technical support during project lifecycle to internal stakeholders and vendors.

➡️ Sound understanding of Payment Scheme Regulations, Regulatory mandates and PCI DSS standard.

➡️ Analyze applications for enhancements and improvements.

➡️ Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders for production related issues.

➡️ Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for audits, risk assessment and other internal housekeeping activities.
