International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for โ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑโ to be based in ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ.ย
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
ย โข Lead treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
ย โข Manage corporate bank accounts and coordinate with banks for all treasury matters.
ย โข Oversee banking operations, including transaction execution and issue resolution.
ย โข Manage and execute Islamic and conventional financing facilities, including documentation and renewals.
ย โข Supervise trade finance operations (LCs, guarantees, etc.).
ย โข Monitor daily cash flows, optimize fund utilization, and ensure timely payments.
ย โข Manage forex exposure, including rate negotiation, bookings, and optimization of FX costs.
ย โข Manage short-term investments and funding requirements.
ย โข Identify and mitigate financial risks (liquidity, FX, and rate exposure).
ย โข Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking covenants.
ย โข Review treasury reports and provide insights on cash position, facilities, and exposures.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
ย โข Qualification: MBA/ACCA or equivalent qualificationย
ย โข Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience in Treasury Section
ย โข Hands on exposure of SAP S4 Hana will be an advantage
