Position: Trainee Engineer - Production (Sewing)
Role Summary:
- Assist in monitoring and controlling sewing operations to meet quality and production targets.
- Support production planning and scheduling for sewing lines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards for stitched products.
- Analyze production data to improve sewing processes and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sewing machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production and process reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards in the sewing department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS - Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing) / Garments Engineering Technology
- Fresh - 01 year of relevant experience in sewing production.
- Good understanding of sewing operations and garment construction.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
