Job Title: TikTok Shop/Creative Assistant

Location: Onsite – Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Salary: 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)

Role Objective

To produce high-converting TikTok Shop Ads and visual assets. You will be responsible for the entire post-production pipeline—from selecting the best "hooks" to final color-graded video and polished product photography.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, contact, and manage TikTok influencers for collaborations.

Negotiate Partnership terms (affiliate, PR, paid campaigns)

Research and implement trending content ideas and viral formats

Assist in content planning, scripting hooks, and campaign execution

Monitor TikTok Shop analytics (sales, CTR, ROAS, conversions)

Track influencer and ad performance; optimize based on data insights

Support TikTok Ads campaign setup, testing, and scaling

Maintain influencer database and campaign reports

Hook & Script Optimization: Identify the strongest 3 seconds of raw footage to stop the scroll. Add "Text-to-Speech" (TTS) and native TikTok captions.

Creative Assistance: Research the TikTok Creative Center daily to replicate winning ad formats and "winning" product angles.

A/B Testing: Create multiple versions of the same ad (different hooks/CTAs) to test what drives the most sales.

Graphics: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Retouching & Compositing) and Canva.

Social Native: Full understanding of TikTok "Safe Zones," trending sounds, and platform-specific effects.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 1+ years editing specifically for E-commerce or Direct Response (DR) marketing.

Portfolio: Must show successful TikTok/Reels ads (provide links or a Google Drive).

Efficiency: Ability to deliver 2-4 ad variations per day without compromising quality.
