Position:

Thinker Finance, Weaves Corporation, Karachi

Role Overview:

Weaves Corporation Limited is looking for a qualified individual for the role of Thinker Finance to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing treasury operations and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

- Manage group financial reporting including consolidation

- Prepare financial performance presentations for BOD and BAC decks

- Analyse actual performance against budgeted figures and share insights with relevant stakeholders

- Prepare daily and monthly cash flows for all companies and identify potential shortages as well as solutions for surplus liquidity

Banking Relationships and Treasury Operations

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks to facilitate financial transactions

- Build financial models for lenders and coordinate with credit rating agencies

- Negotiate and secure banking lines including running finance, term loans and L/C lines on competitive terms

- Ensure timely renewal and cost-effective structuring of financing arrangements

- Monitor compliance with covenants and conditions in bank agreements including prudential regulations

Experience and Education:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial and management reporting and treasury operations

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
